Eating & Drinking In Summertown
The North Wall Arts Centre is located in the heart of Summertown, and is lucky enough to be served by a variety of bars and restaurants on South Parade as well as on Banbury Road, perfect for a pre- or post-theatre meal.
El Rincon / THIRTYEIGHT, on South Parade, brings a passion for Spanish culture and great Spanish food, wine and coffee to the city of Oxford, serving the finest and freshest tapas around.
Pompette – the charming French word for tipsy – is both an independent restaurant serving seasonal classic European dishes and also a stylish charcuterie wine bar, from husband and wife duo Pascal and Laura Wiedemann. A truly unique dining space for Oxford.
‘Pompette is a thing of wonder, a perfect bistro, a brilliant restaurant, a haven of great cooking, sweet service and wondrously original wine.’ Giles Coren (The Times)
