The North Wall now operates an e-ticketing system. When you book tickets online, you will be sent a link to your tickets in the confirmation email. Download these tickets, save them to your device or print-at-home.
When you arrive at the venue, have them ready to be checked by one of our Front Of House team. If you are unable to save the tickets to your device, or print them, please go to the Box Office who will be able to check you in.
From Autumn 2023, we’ve introduced a new Pay What You Choose pricing structure for selected shows, where audience members can choose which ticket price to pay, based on what they can afford. The options available are:
- the Standard ticket price
- Pay Less – for those who are unable to pay the standard ticket price
- Pay More – for those who can afford to “pay it forward” and help us to subsidise tickets for those who need them

Any audience member with a disability who requires a companion or personal assistant in order to attend a performance is entitled to a free companion ticket. To book, please contact the box office on 01865 319450 or email email@example.com
If you are a wheelchair user, there are specific seating areas reserved in the auditorium that are fully-accessible. These can be booked via the box office on 01865 319450.
Visit the Access section of our website for more access information.
Refunds & Exchanges
Unable to come to a performance? Let us know no later than 24 hours before the show starts. If the show has sold out, we will try to sell your ticket on to the waiting list and refund you.
If we are unable to re-sell your ticket, we will offer to exchange your ticket for an upcoming performance, or issue a credit voucher.
Tickets can be reserved up to 48 hours before a performance. The North Wall box office will hold reservations for 48 hours, and if not paid for within that time, the tickets will be released back on sale.
One ticket is free with every ten purchased.
Customers are advised that latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the visiting company and of the Front Of House Manager. If a production company has a policy of not admitting latecomers into the auditorium, The North Wall will advise customers at point of sale or at the earliest possible opportunity by email.
Babes-in-arms (children aged under 2) are welcome at family theatre performances. Please select a free “Under 2 Lap Ticket” when booking online. Children aged 2-17 years old require their own ticket, which will be at full price, unless a child’s ticket is available at the time of booking.
