Booking Information

Box Office Sales

Due to the current national lockdown, the venue is closed, so it is not possible to book tickets in person or over the phone. However, tickets can be booked online. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express.

COVID 19 & Your Booking

In these times of uncertainty, events may be subject to last minute change. If an event is unable to take place, we promise to:
– postpone events to a later date and automatically transfer your tickets. If you’re unable to attend the new date, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit voucher.
– if it’s not possible to postpone, the event will be cancelled and all tickets will be refunded

If you’re unable to attend due to illness, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or credit voucher.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved up to 48 hours before a performance. The North Wall box office will hold reservations for 48 hours, and if not paid for within that time, will be released back on sale.

Print at Home Ticketing

The North Wall now operates an e-ticketing system. When you book tickets online, you’ll be sent a link to your tickets in the confirmation email. Download these tickets, save them to your device or print at home. When you arrive at the venue, have them ready to be scanned by one of our Front of House team.

Group Bookings

We are only allowed to welcome visitors booking in a group if they are from the same household or support bubble, with a maximum of 6 tickets available per booker.

Latecomers Policy

Customers are advised that latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the visiting company and of the front of house manager. If a production company has a policy of not admitting latecomers into the auditorium, The North Wall will advise customers at point of sale or at the earliest possible opportunity by email.

Children

Babes-in-arms (children aged 2 years old or under) are welcome at family theatre performances. Please contact the box office on 01865 319450 if you would like to bring anyone under the age of two so that we can set aside a free ticket for them. Children aged 2-15 years old require their own ticket, which will be at full price, unless a children’s concession is available at the time of booking.
