The North Wall Graduate Traineeship offers an amazing opportunity to work in an award-winning Arts Centre situated on the campus of a well-established independent school, and to gain experience across a very wide range of theatre administration, outreach and front-of-house roles, including box office, FOH management, education work and marketing.
Accommodation and all meals are provided on site, and a deduction is made from monthly salary in lieu of these costs. The role will be shared part-time and as needed with the School’s Drama Department, based within the building. It is likely to suit a recent Arts Admin graduate, (or a graduate with a proven enthusiasm for the Arts), with an interest in working in the professional arts and/or education sector. The work is varied and that variety is, to some extent, determined by the personality, enthusiasm and skills of the individual.
