Front of House Manager/Box Office Assistant (Full TIme)

Salary range £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and busy venue as Front of House Manager/Box Office Assistant. The post holder will cover Duty Manager shifts for performances and functions as required, and will take specific responsibility for bar operations, and for managing and scheduling front of house volunteers.  The role is also responsible for handling box office and bar takings, stewarding gallery exhibitions and maintaining the overall security of the building. The post would suit someone with some experience of working in a busy public-facing environment, preferably within an arts context, and looking for the next step in FOH and/or venue management.

Christmas Duty Manager

(Temporary Role from Monday 27th November 2017 to Saturday 6th January 2018 inclusive)

Rate of pay £9.50 per hour worked including during any training

We are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic individual to work in the North Wall as temporary Christmas Duty Manager from the end of November until the beginning of January. This is a busy public facing role and the successful candidate will need to operate two different box office systems, oversee bar operations, work with the visiting hire company and be able to take overall responsibility for building and audience safety and security.
