Our weekly drama clubs meet on Wednesdays at Cutteslowe Community Centre. The summer showcase is a chance for the groups to share the skills and creativity they’ve developed over the last year. We hope you enjoy the shows!

The Wicked Witch and the Whispering Wood

Find out what happens when two princesses venture into the Whispering Wood hoping to find a cure for their sick mother the queen. Challenged by riddles and curses, will they manage to stop the Wicked Witch before she causes any more mischief?
The group of 8 – 11-year-olds worked together to devise their own fairy tale and created the story and all the characters themselves.

It is 1929, two years after Mercedes Gleitze became the first British woman to swim the English Channel and now Mercedes is sought after by several companies who want her to endorse their products: Rolex being one of them. An influencer if you will. But new money means new priorities. Family fortune or family feud? The Gleitze family’s world is turned upside down after a shocking death…but who is guilty?
The group of 12 – 17-year-olds worked together to devise their own murder mystery and created the story and all the characters themselves.
