YouthLab Theatre Masterclass

Calling all young theatre makers aged 14 – 17! Join us for four days of exploring devising theatre techniques, developing performance skills and creating a collaborative piece of work.

In response to Philippa James: 100 Women of Oxford exhibition, young photographers will be capturing their own portraits to be exhibited in our theatre. Over this four day Theatre Masterclass, you will use these photographs and human histories as a stimulus and build a new show using devising techniques.

The masterclass will culminate in a sharing of work to small groups of family and friends. Alongside this sharing, there will be an exhibition in the theatre presented by young photographers.

This will be a fun, intense and deeply enriching project; open to all young theatre makers aged 14-17 (no experience necessary).

Full bursary places available, email Abie to apply: waltona@thenorthwall.com
