Our weekly drama clubs meet on Wednesdays at Cutteslowe Community Centre. The summer showcase is a chance for the groups to share the skills and creativity they’ve developed over the last year. We hope you enjoy the show!

Three siblings visit an unusual art exhibition all about Climate Change, amidst their bickering, Sofia, the youngest, starts exploring and finds herself travelling through time. What she sees is astonishing, but will people believe her? And more importantly, will people help?
NW Inventors Weekly Drama launched in September 2022 and the group of 8–11-year-olds have created and devised this play themselves. They have worked collaboratively and creatively to develop characters and story ideas.

Eclipse

Six friends are interviewed by the police after the disappearance of Lucy Lime, a strange, unnerving girl – ‘I am a walking Universe, I am’ – whom they met beneath the cliffs on a Cornish beach, just before the total eclipse of the sun.
YouthLab Weekly Drama launched in September 2022 and the group of 12 – 15-year-olds have been developing their skills in drama whilst working towards their performance. The group previously performed a devised piece of shadow theatre at Cutteslowe Light Trail in November 2022.
