This panel discussion will explore how theatre has become a global market, and the increasing demand for work by international artists and European influences in particular. What effect does international work have on British theatre? And in a moment of national identity crisis, how do we define our creative relationship with the world?
Panellists include Emma Hay (Programme Manager, Edinburgh International Festival) and Kris Nelson (Artistic Director, LIFT). Further panellists to be announced.
This panel discussion will be hosted online in a Zoom webinar format – you need to have the Zoom app downloaded to your device to watch.
Co-hosted with the Cameron Mackintosh Fund for Contemporary Drama at the University of Oxford.
