Terms and Conditions

Box Office Sales

Tickets can be booked in person at the theatre, over the telephone, or online. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express.

From 1st Jun 2018, we will no longer charger a transaction fee. However, we still need to cover our box office costs, so ticket prices have been adjusted accordingly.

Ticket Collection

Pre-ordered tickets can be collected at any time during opening hours, or from 6pm on the night of the performance. Customers should show their confirmation email or the card used in order to collect their tickets. Tickets can also be posted – simply select this option when booking.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. We will however accept tickets for resale only after all of the venue’s own tickets for that performance have been sold.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved up to 48 hours before a performance. The North Wall box office will hold reservations for 48 hours, and if not paid for within that time, will be released back on sale.

Group Bookings

For certain shows, one free ticket will be offered for every ten tickets booked.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • A reservation of more than 10 tickets is seen as a confirmed commitment to attend a performance by your group. In the event of cancellation of 50% or more of the tickets booked at any time after the reservation date, you will be charged a fee equating to 50% of the price of the tickets affected.
  • In addition any payment not received by the agreed ‘due by’ date will result in tickets being released for sale elsewhere.

Latecomers Policy

Customers are advised that latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the visiting company and of the front of house manager. If a production company has a policy of not admitting latecomers into the auditorium, The North Wall will advise customers at point of sale or at the earliest possible opportunity by email.

Concessions

Tickets are available for most performances at a concessionary rate for the following patrons: over 60s, under 18s, full-time students (with valid NUS/School ID), unwaged, registered disabled.

Children

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) are welcome at family theatre performances. Please contact the box office on 01865 319450 if you would like to bring anyone under the age of two so that we can set aside a free ticket for them. Children aged 2-15 years old require their own ticket, which will be at full price, unless a children’s concession is available at the time of booking.
