The North Wall Gallery serves a dual purpose, both as an art gallery with regularly changing exhibitions, and as a foyer for the theatre. The main area measures 9.95m x 4.8m, but there are also two side corridors each measuring 3m x 4.8m. There is also an Upper Gallery which is sometimes used, depending on the scale of exhibition programmed.
The gallery is programmed by Tom Hunter, who currently works as an art teacher at St Edward's School. Tom trained at the Manchester School of Art, specialising in Illustration with Animation, before training in education. He has taught Art and Photography in Leeds, London and Berkshire before joining the Art department at St Edward’s Oxford. Last year he curated a pop-up gallery in Bermondsey, and he has recently exhibited his own work in The Mall Galleries and at the Royal College of Art.
Artists who wish to exhibit their work in the Gallery are asked, in the first instance, to submit an application to the General Manager, who can be contacted on 01865 319457 or by email at email@example.com for further details.
